elements diet takes shape

Last week we announced the development of elements diet, a major online portal which shall serve as the backbone of our new diet and weight loss services. We are excited about this major brand development, and proud to announce the development 4 months ahead of schedule.

This 8 month project represents several thousands of hours of development and research time, from our branding, design, technology, and nutrition teams. It is quite complicated to develop a site which appears so simple to the end user!
It is our goal to deliver a unique and well branded consumer lifestyle site which would marry the upscale feel of elements with the knowledge of the leading fitness and nutrition experts. The idea is to couple this online portal with the diet coaching services available within the elements clubs, and from time to time feature specials from our acclaimed Advisory Board members, such as Dr. Fab and the Nutrition Twins. Our online magazine, elements living, will also be an important part of this portal as the provider of relevant content and forums regarding healthy living. Our site will also feature "Ask the Lifestyle Consultant," where any member or user can write in to a lifestyle consultant with their nutrition or exercise question, and receive a personalized answer via email - we are the first online site to offer this level of personalized service.

The elements diet portal is set for launch on December 31, 2007 both online (site to be announced.. keep posted to this site) and also within the elements clubs. Many of the clubs will also be holding a monthly long promotional event to help launch the new diet and lifestyle program.
