Franchise 500

E1_2 Just as the Fortune 500 list denotes the "who’s who" of American Corporations, Entrepreneur Magazine’s annual "Franchise 500" issue is the most widely read magazine issue in the Franchising world. As elements for women is gearing up for a major facility rollout during 2008 (with over 15 new locations opening, from Chicago to Seattle), our newly expanded corporate team is excited about our new relationship with the magazine.

The elements fitness team has really focused our efforts in 2006 and 2007 to brand and infrastructure building, making sure all of the necessary support components are in place prior to a large scale development.  With such powerful and unique support features such as a robust owner’s intranet and operations software, we feel very confident that operators of elements clubs will be prepared for success. Staff training remains at the forefront of our club development… it simply goes without saying that as the premium fitness brand for women, our clubs must be staffed by the best of the best. As the corporate team, we make it our job to assist with national recruiting, as well as staff training. Our employee handbooks  are designed to instruct as well as inspire, and help to foster our vision of a wellness community. Locally, each club team is empowered to create a community that will help to grow itself… rather than strict step-by-step policy, we prefer to be highly selective with choosing franchisees and Club Directors, and then empower them with the tool sets needed to create great clubs, and a great brand.
