Karma … in tile?

The word Karma has been coming up in conversations more frequently. Some attribute success in business to luck, others to fate, and others to hard work. In reality, success is likely a mix of all three - but the focus of Karma in our conversations today, was actually on tile… Karma Tile.

Details are something which are not lost on me, nor my design and creative team. The difference of great brands lies completely in the details… the selections of artwork, carefully staging the right look for photos, designs for clubs, locations, products, even the way phones are answered. Details add up to the total experience by which a consumer experience is measured.

For us, details begin with a location search. elements? clubs can be found in premium US and world markets, in top retail centers. We have a highly successful track record of lease negotiation, in part because top national landlords recognize our attention to detail, and welcome elements? as an asset to their retail center.

Our clubs are designed to be drawing cards for members, using many trade secrets and imported materials, such as the Karma Glass tile, which we source from Italy. It is not only the use of these materials, but being able to deliver the maximum impact for the lowest cost which makes our design team excellent at what they do. Value engineering the construction process allows clubs to achieve break-even (and profitability) much more quickly.

We often say that to our club owners that the goal is to design a club which looks great not only to your members… but to your accountant as well! This is really the philosophy behind each of our club development modules, a blend offering top programming and distinct experiences to our members, and leveraging our years of industry experience and purchasing power to lower operational costs for our owners, often significantly so. It is very common for a new elements club owner to save well over the cost of their franchise fees in hard costs, and about the same in soft costs all prior to opening, making the decision to align with our brand an easy one.
