South Beach living

A brand has the most impact where it reaches the consumers on a daily level. Our local elements clubs are the foundation and life of our brand. We have over 12 new locations actively under development worldwide, and over 35 more in the planning stages, this type of growth is made possible by the highly qualified local owners and developers of our brand. Many of our club owners are new to the fitness industry. They are successful executives, business owners, or salespeople who feel that business ownership is the next level for them personally.

We position elements as a "lifestyle business," meaning we offer our club owners a certainly quality of life - the opportunity to do what you love, and to make an impact on people’s lives. Obviously, the primary goal of owning any business is to experience success - this goes without saying.  But, many of our club owners are in their second o(or third) careers, and are searching for something more than just financial success… the ability to make an impact and improve their quality of life.

We design many of our club business modules around the concept of "quality of life" for our club owners and directors. A good example of this is our Owners Training School. elements features an acclaimed education and business training program, ELI(tm), elements leadership institute. This four day program is being held at South Beach’s national hotel, home to VIP’s, celebrities, and last years MTV Video music Awards. There is a way to be successful and have fun doing it.  Club owners (as well as our corporate team) really enjoy the lifestyle associated with the brand - the trips, the exciting locales (Manhattan, South Beach, and Los Angeles are frequent event destinations) - as one of our owners (who had previously owned several popular food franchises) said to me "This sure beats making sandwiches!"
