elements hosts several quarterly advanced training events for our owners and club directors. In keeping with the elements? lifestyle, we generally try to hold our corporate events in top travel destinations, allowing our club owners and training team to combine hard work with some well-deserved R&R.

Much of our focus this week was in preparations for ELI? (elements leadership institute), a four day Advanced Sales and Club Operations event, which will be taking place oceanfront at the historic National Hotel in South Beach next week.  Our corporate offices in Miami were bustling this week with team members from Miami, Atlanta, and New York in preparation for the event.

Sales training and continuing education is a particularly important focal point for elements? clubs. To maintain our position as a category leader, continuing education and training for all staff members is essential.  As a brand, we offer some of the top training and staff development programs in the industry. The experience level of our club owners ranges greatly, from first time operations to multi-unit developers with other established franchises, therefore we have education and training programming with multiple depth levels. While reading the new set of six training manuals (brand, operations, sales, fitness and diet programming, pre-opening, and recruiting) I realized how much more advanced our operations training and programs are, when compared to many top chains in the industry. Our corporate management team is behind some of the top names in retail and fitness, including Crunch, World Gym, Guess, and Clinique…. elements? represents a fusion of the "best of" many lifestyle brands, combined with new, cutting-edge operations and back office systems.
